Morgan Saminathan holds Master’s degree in Business Administration (AUSTRALLIA) and has vast experience in the field of Capital Management, Administrative Management and Training for almost 34 years in Telekom Malaysia. He attained a Degree in Computer Studies from the University of Charles Strut, Australia and started his career in TM in the operations and maintenance sector and then became a trainer in Quality subjects and fundamentals on Project Management application systems and theory. He moved on to Multimedia College, a subsidiary of MMU, where he became a Lecturer and continued teaching Project Management and Total Quality Management for fifteen years. He has since trained hundreds of staffs/students in Project Management fundamentals and information systems, while gaining experience in the Service Industry (TM), primarily in the fields of operations, training and lecturing. He has been training “Motorola quality Tools” subjects for 15 years and Project Management Fundamentals for 12 years, before retiring as a Program Administrator in Multimedia College.
About 34 years of total working experience in Telekom Malaysia has enabled Morgan to design, develop and conduct workshops and trainings related to Project Management. He has also completed a course in training and is now Certified in Training Practice at Malaysian Society for Training and Development and also has the “Train The Trainer TTT/1829” certificate with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Kementerian Sumber Manusia (PSMB). Morgan is also a Certified Trainer of “Seven Habits of Highly Effectively People”, a Lead Auditor (QMS). Trained more than five hundred (500) staff in this subject, over a period of three years.
As a versatile person in theory, practice and computer application, Morgan was a consultant in Project Management issues within TM. Through MMC’s training initiatives he has trained participants in TM International (Bangladesh) (TMIB), Banglalink (Bangladesh) in Project Management and Time Management. Conducted Project Management for Malaysia Technical Cooperation Program (MTCP) for students from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Laos, Philippines, Indonesia, Myanmar, Republic of Mali, Cambodia, Indonesia and Thailand. He has also trained trainers from Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).
Retiring from Telekom Malaysia he joined a PSMB Train the Trainer Vendor/Master Trainer company “Brownland HResources” for eight years. He has moved over to another PSMB Train the Trainer Vendor/Master Trainer company Krissai Management Consultancy.
He has since trained about 700 to 800 trainees since 2011 until now, and he is still active in Training “TTT”, Fundamental of Project Management and motivational programs for school
He gave priority in developing the competency of his workers and trainees/students with excellent and latest knowledge, skill and proficiency. Morgan as a change leader continuously prepares and updates his knowledge and talent to benefit the people and organizations who need his guidance. He is change initiative mentor. He always believes in recognition for a change or improvement to be implemented in the workplace, He is a powerful motivator for employees and the organization, a footstep to drive forward challenges and meet the business outside.
