Mr.Krishnamoorthy holds Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Northern Territory University Australia. He is an established management and technical consultant with more than 30 years of hands-on experience. He has extensive experience in the field of Operations Performance Improvement particularly in various manufacturing and services industries. He is an excellent and resourceful trainer & consultant. He started his career in Production Engineering in assembly operations in Matsushita Electronics Malaysia. He moved on to Carsem/Motorola/Philips Malaysia where he held various responsibilities as a Manufacturing Section Head, Manager and Assembly & Test Operations Manager. From there Mr.Krishnamoorthy moved on to Secure Electronic Sdn.Bhd as their General Manager. He has consulted with or trained for over 1000 companies – Multi-National Companies, Small-Medium industry and has trained several thousand people in the last 19 years. He has consulted and trained people from Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Europe, US, Japan, India, China, Africa and Bangladesh.
Mr.Krishnamoorthy was an external Consultant for Motorola University. He has been trained and specialized in the areas of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC, Lean Enterprise, Total Quality Management, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Project Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Leadership Skills Development, Operations Management, Training Needs Analysis, Balanced Score Card, 7 QC Tools, 8D Problem Solving, Organizational Strategy Development, Change Management, Statistical Process Control, Failure Mode Effect & Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Total Productive Maintenance, On The Job Training, Benchmarking, Total Quality Control, 7 Steps Problem Solving, Decision Making, Presentation Skills, Good Manufacturing Practices, 5S and etc. He is a certified Train The Trainer, Master Trainer, Training Needs Analysis Consultant (Completed 18 projects for SME companies and presented to HRDCorp panel), HR Consultant and conducts “Train The Trainer” program for Human Resource Development Corporation of Malaysia.
