Train the Trainer is a programme that is specially designed to help trainers improve their skills for training others.

This programme will not only improve your skills but will also improve your confidence to train participants with different types of learning preference, behaviour and attitudes.

“Train The Trainer”, TTT provides a solid platform to develop your craft of training besides renewing a sense of confidence to further enhance knowledge, skills and right attitude needed for a trainer.

This course is suitable for aspiring and existing industry players.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Distinguish the learning styles of participant and how to match the instruction styles of trainers to participants accordingly.
Apply training styles constructively in training situations.
Understand TNA concept, data gathering methods, performance gap analysis and reporting of TNA findings in a constructive manner.
